1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • We hand‑inspect every order to ensure product quality before it leaves our humidor.

1.2 Age Verification

  • Federal law prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under 21.

  • At checkout, we verify your age and identity through our third‑party partner (Age Checker). If we cannot verify your age automatically, you will be prompted to upload a valid government‑issued photo ID.

  • All shipments are sent Adult Signature Required (21+) per carrier policy. A government‑issued photo ID matching the name on the package must be presented at delivery.

*The exact rate is calculated at checkout by weight & destination. †Carrier‑assessed; we pass through at cost.

1.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

We do not ship cigars to the following locations due to state or local regulations:

  • Utah, Hawaii, Wyoming

  • Massachusetts & Washington, DC – flavored cigars only

  • Maryland – non‑premium (flavored / little) cigars

  • Alaska & Puerto Rico – currently unavailable due to carrier limitations

  • California and Connecticut require additional phone confirmation in compliance with SB‑39 / state statutes.

1.5 Tracking & Delivery

A tracking link is emailed once your label is created. If a delivery attempt fails, carriers will make 3 attempts before returning the package to us.

1.6 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please notify us within 3 business days of a missing or visibly damaged package. Retain all packaging material and photographs so we may file a carrier claim.

1.7 Weather Holds

During extreme heat/cold, we may hold an order until conditions improve to protect cigar quality. We’ll notify you by email.
